Cozytel Chiangmai

I loved my stay at Cozytel! The staff is very friendly and always doing their utmost to help you with logistics, tour ideas, or any assistance you may need. The rooms are nicely decorated, modern, and equipped with what you need (kettle, fridge, aircon, strong wifi...). I loved that the hotel makes complimentary bicycles available to guests, it was very convenient to cycle around Chiang Mai without having to look for a bicycle rental shop. Cozytel is in a quiet street but still only a few minutes away from the main bubbly streets, in a great area if you are looking to visit temples and explore the city on foot. I will definitely stay at Cozytel again in the future!

Cozytel is in a quiet alley close to lots of cafes and restaurants . Night markets are in walking distance .Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows plus a lounge and balcony . Bathroom amenities are supplied as well as a kettle , coffee , mugs etc and a refrigerator. A nice touch was the free snacks on our first day . The receptionists are very helpful and available of needed . There is a lift and also nice wide stairs if you wish to use them. This hotel was very quiet we heard no noise from other guests . There is a pool which was clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. No breakfast but lots of options outside and Goldenbee Cafe is just on the corner they do good fresh meals and drinks at reasonable prices . Thank you to the staff at Cozytel for making our stay memorable

Very professional service. Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Positioned in the center of Chiang Mai, close to all attractions. The room itself was very beautiful, spacious and cozy. The pool is big enough for swimming with sun loungers.

Nice and clean hotel in a central part of old town - this was my second stay there.
